Minutes to Kayaking, 5 skiing attractions (Cranmore <1 mile), adventure parks, story land, shopping, etc. Must follow house rules
The space
Conway is proposing regulations to prevent "party homes" that have resulted in problems with loud, late night noise, and disruptive guests, so its necessary that we require guests to have a good neighbor policy, no parties/events with loud noise, outside extra guests.
Occupancy limited to 12 adults. Note the lower level bedroom is accessible thru the open bunk room.
PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.
Directly in the village but you have the feel of being secluded with a large wooded lot setting and outdoor living space, private hot tub. Cozy house with porch and a fenced in yard. A RARE GEM in the Village. Private gate by garage that leads to the main road and easier access to the village. 15 Minute walk to Saco RIver at 1st bridge with a beach and grassy laying, playing area.
Inside propane Fireplace and outside wood fire pit, need to supply your own wood and can buy locally as well as obtain a burn permit.
Garage converted to additional hang out space with shuffle board (partially heated).
NOTE ON AMMENTIES- the beach access is the SACO RIVER, at 1st bridge which is a 15 minute walk. There is a public Hockey Rink, HAMM AREANA, may not be open in the summer months. You can walk to cross country skiing in Whitiker woods, however, we do not list this as an amenity. Cranmore is less than a mile walk as well. The Side yard is fully fenced but not the entire yard.
Must follow Check out procedures, which include striping beds, starting laundry, washing dishes and bringing trash to the dumpster (next door) Home must be respected. SUMMER CHECK OUT TIME IS 10AM (Memorial Day to Labor Day), all other check out times 11AM.
Peak weekends, holidays may require 3 night stay and due to seasonality rates may need to be updated based on your exact booking dates.

Entire house and yard. Hot Tub, yard, Garage, outdoor living space.
Other things to note
Please follow house rules and good neighbor policy. Check out requires stripping beds, starting laundry, and taking trash to the dumpster next door. Surveillance Cameras monitor exterior. Summer check out is 10AM, all other 11AM. Fines will be incurred for violations of policies and disturbances.
Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.
Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
