Outdoor wood stove heated SAUNA added January 2024. please double check for availability as we are not sure this amenity will be permanent, and although we attempt to supply wood, based on usage, we can not guarantee that wood will be supplied. separate instructions on how to use the SAUNA must be agreed to before using at your own risk.

Must follow house rules and community regulations or risk loss of deposit, fines up to $100, and early termination of your stay.

Upon check out, we will require, you strip the beds, start a load of laundry, wash all the dishes and bring all trash to the barrel in the driveway.

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
