Take a stroll in town, to restaurants, the river, parks, coffee, Pubs on main St and directly next door to a fun bowling alley with games. Can drive ATV's from the property with additional parking directly on the trails at the train station which we own. Two living rooms, a dinning room, large smart TV's, comfortable bedding, large game/social room with pool table and new amenities.

The space
Enjoy a well decorated and brand new 3 level space, well laid out for family or friends to enjoy time together while being able to walk to other attractions in town. Steps to the historic museum and directly next door the bowling alley. You can drive your machines directly from our property with additional parking and access directly on the trails at our other property at the Eastern Depot Train Station. You can also park there to access the playgrounds, skate park, ball fields and another restaurant.

15 Miles to Wildcat Mt 23 miles to Santas Village, 28 to Story Land, and just over 30 miles to either Bretton Woods or Sunday River

Pets allowed but must be pre approved.

We ask not to have party houses and want to be good neighbors being directly in the city. So only the guests on the reservation can stay, and you can not host events or parties.

4 parking spots and additional free parking for ATV/SNOWMOBILES/TRAILERS at the eastern train depot which we also own and are directly on the the trails.

Other things to note
Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
