The space
The former Jackson House Bed and Breakfast is loaded with charm. Less than a mile from quaint Jackson Village, and with in minutes of MT Washington, 5 skiing destinations (5 minutes to Black and less then 10 to Wildcat and Attitash), amazing restaurants, hiking, 5 minutes to Storyland, the Ellis river, horseback riding and much more.

Originally built in 1868, named the Gupton House and is captured Yesterdays Lodging of Jackson book on display. Over the years with a few additions and it was operated as a 11 bedroom bed and breakfast and offers over 4,000 square feet. 5 of the bedroom have been removed to open up and give the house a larger, open feel, but also allowing lots of privacy and room to be part of the group, or go back to your own space. Certain Holiday weekends, Peak times may require 2-3 night min stays.

Surveillance Cameras of Exterior Driveway, ABSOLUTELY - PER JACKSON TOWN RULES- NO PARTY HOUSES, EXTRA GUESTS, NO LOUD NOISE, FIRE WORKS, PETS OR EVENTS. Disturbance to neighbors, or violation of the GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY will result in loss of deposit and early termination of your stay with no refund.

6 VEHICLE MAX... DO NOT BLOCK THE ROAD, PARKING IN THE DRIVEWAYS ONLY, THE NEIGHBORS WILL CALL AND COMPLAIN IF YOU PARK ACROSS THE STREET, PLEASE LET YOUR GUEST NO- ONLY TO PARK IN THE DRIVEWAY.

Any additional guests and/or vehicles require prior written approval.

PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee.

We have replaced the pool table with shuffle board which also has bowling pins We also have a portable ping pong table you can set up to use.

If there is anything missing to make your stay more enjoyable, please ask us and we can discuss adding this for you. We may also add arcade style games in the near fall of 2023.

Guest access
The entire house, pub, 3 living areas, a sitting area, two laundry, yard, Volley ball net. corn hole, sand pit, fire pit, front porch with rocking chairs. In the winter, sledding hill.

Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night.

Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we can not guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
